Was listening to this, and was thinking there was a Northern Soul thread, but I cant find it.
I know theres quite a few Northern Soul lovers on NSC. Found nice 4 hour mix by Pete Smith from Planet Records, so thought I would post it. If it can get merged to a thread if there is one, would be decent.

last spring I found myself queueing at 23:00 to get into a NS night at the Komedia..... music was ok but not as good as Tamla, but danceble(?). All age groups from 18 to 70....a good night.

Yeah my early years were the motown years... so always a soft spot for soul generally.
