Anyone going to watch any of this (it's on C4)? Poor old Christine Ohuruogu has just crashed & burned after false starting in a 400m heat. She looked massively gutted, probably could have done without the Korean official grabbing her by the arm and leading her off like a naughty child.

Hope she can get her form back for next year, which is the big one really. Entertainingly, there was a runner in the same heat from the Central African Republic who was so ridiculously slow, I would seriously have fancied her to be beaten by various posters on here.

Brilliant work by the C4 commentator in the men's 100m final. The last thing he said before they settled on their blocks was about how Usain Bolt had got his starts absolutely spot on.

Cue Bolt false starting & being disqualified while some 9.95 second blokes plod off with the medals.

Desperate coverage, some guy off T4 and the snooker announcer from the crucible doing the commentary.

Team GB not faring much better, 3 medals so far one by way of disqualification and the other 2 were nailed on golds.

Usually I like to stick on the athletics, but it is T4 do athletics, coverage is very poor. I had thought they would do a better job. When C4 had test match cricket they did a great job. I'll watch the coverage on eurosport instead.

The highlights programme is so crap. Its like they've got bert & ernie in doing the coverage only slightly less intelligent and interesting.
