we have a fair chance of winning as the wrexham branch of the bhafc supporters club have organised a smart car to take them to the game! as thier previous games this year have been Leicester,Hereford,Millwall,and Crewe we should be ok for a draw et then a win on pens.

To be honest i would welcome League 1 safety rather than cup success because:
1) You only have the cup for a year and when you hand it back you get forgotten as winners.
2) Being safe in league 1 means we can start a new season with hopefully new personnel and in a good frame of mind.

Am I the only one thinking who gives a shit. In a way further progression in this pointless cup will only paper over the cracks of a truly dismal league campaign so far. Half of me can see the benefit of going out of this and just focusing on the important stuff. The only plus side is the money if we reached the final, but we all know that would be lost in the vastness of Falmer, and would never be used for strengthening the team.

I don't care either way anymore. I was looking forward to it after listening to the Oldham game, but it's hard to get exciting about it after tonight's peformance.
