I think it should stay, it's a good idea as long as its used positively.

But it needs some guidelines.

There's a place for awkward questions and personally I don't think the club have ever shied away from answering them. Whether the questioner likes the answer is another matter though.

Questions like are we going to sign so and so, are we going to fire the manager, etc etc are a waste of time and pointless. Even if Insider knows the answer (which he probably doesn't most of the time) he's certainly not going to blurt it out on here.

So definitely keep it. There may be other clubs that have that facility but not many, I'll bet.

But it needs some form of moderation. If you see that as censorship that's you're right if you don't trust the moderators or the club, but I don't think it can continue without some sort of proper structure.

It must've taken quite a while to answer questions, especially in a politically correct manner. So can't blame insider for wanting a break.

The last question asked/ answered surprised me a bit, maybe it shouldn't have done and it was all common knowledge.

But yes, it's a shame if the club have decided to pack it in, as it's one of the best resources of this message board.

Then again, i'm sure one of the Mods must be able to shed some light onto the subject? I'm sure nobody will be offended if there's a particular reason why he's had to take a break?
