An undisclosed fee means when he scores bucket loads we can say "10k - Bargain!" and if he fails to score more than 7 we can say "300k? What a waste!", and if enough poeple say it, it becomes fact.

I thought it meant NSC sets the price, you know, a bit like the court of arbitration but with added flouncing.
