is upon us again..... days of sunshine and batflids await, so who is going? Im heading down thursday and sunday for the 20-20..

Doesn't the 20/20 clash with the world cup final? I have tickets for the 20/20, yet was not prepared to miss it for Arundel which inconsequentially is one of those places I passionately HATE alongside the likes of Angmering and Burgess Hill, plus the fact the trains on a Sunday from Arundel usually involve a super massive wait in the black hole that is Ford.

Why do you passionately hate Arundel? Just curious…

Why all the hate?

Castle Cars are about the only Arundel company now 01903 884444

No it's not my company or any one I know
No I am not guaranteeing they will turn up
No I don't know if they are busy
No I don't know exactley how much,

just trying to be helpful

P.S. If you want to eat anywhere in Arundel after the match suggest you book now, even then you may be too late.

P.P.S. It's only a 15 minute walk from Arundel Station

P.P.P.S Don't come in via A27, shoot through Storrington via Shoreham Flyover, Washington etc and come through Houghton and down hill into Arundel taking the left turn BEFORE you hit the A27 Roundabout, takes you striaght to Cricket Car Park

Shall be there on Sunday for the T20, best way of transport for me is the good old push bike along the A27 from Durrington, 45 mins there and depending on booze a little longer on the way back just getting home in time to see the Dutch win the World Cup!

As i said earlier if going by train dont bother with all the changing at ford or barnham, just order a cab from ford, only a fiver and saves the good part of an hour.

No - cricket starts at 14:40 according to the website and World Cup Final kicks off at 19:30.

I'll be there tomorrow for a civilised day of proper cricket - Sunday will be absolutely mobbed with both Sussex and Surrey fans.

It's so bleedin' 'ot up there! Just popped back down the hill to send a couple of e-mails, grab some water (and a pint on the way back) and then it's back to the sauna that is the best cricket ground in the world (maybe!)
