"Kayal and Stephens tested Sevilla’s entertainingly flappy goalkeeper, Rico (a man who appeared to be paying personal tribute to the brand new Norman Wisdom banner outside the Amex by throwing in a few “Oooh, Mr Grimsdale” moments of his own) a couple of times in the opening 45"

4-4-2 can be OK. Tippy-tappy tippy-tappy five yards outside your own penalty area is both possession football and bollocks?

I think we'll be difficult to score against but whether we have enough creative spark to score enough of our own remains to be seen.

Solid at the back. Stockdale doesn't inspire me with confidence though.

Bruno and Solly looked good down the right together. Stephens was anonymous for a lot of the game.

Not sure about the front 2, as they didn't really get a change to shine.

My thoughts entirely regarding the front two. Apart from a dubious penalty at least from where I was sitting, there was precious little up front and we did not ever really look like scoring. Ring any bells?
To be fair, there is still time, though it is running out.

Yeh, I know it's all money money money - but MY team wears blue and white stripes!

Agree with you 100%. We should ALWAYS wear blue and white when there's no clash. This marketing crap of second and third strips really pisses me off. And the numpties who buy these kits look pretty stupid in a season or two when no one remembers that it was ever an Albion kit. WE ARE BLUE AND WHITE.
