Interesting analysis. There is something that you cant factor in but worth noting. Teams at the bottom spend time playing against better teams at the top and vice versa. This will affect the stats surely?

Yes-ish.

I believe we are a "better team" and yet we're 17th. Potter and the players have done really well competing with the top teams but have let themselves down against the "worse teams". It doesn't quite work out.
