I think he is probably not a bad player, I think Locadia is probably a good player too, sadly they are used to defend.

Problem is, there are no dead games so I agree with the integrity of not making wholesale changes. But a youngster on the bench to get 30 mins if we are 2 or 3 down after an hour would seem a good move to me.
