Flares are okay in the stand, but I prefer to see some flair on the pitch.

Oh how I miss Vicente.

Probably a good call.

ppf style morons who don't watch the game, just spend the entire match "staring out" the oppo and making "you and me, outside!" gestures.

To families. While being laughed at by everyone else. And then getting escorted out by some stewards and a rozzer or two.

Cracking day out.

 but sadly true. Cut throat gestures another classic.

The flare I saw was a nice blue colour. Remind me, what colour do we play in?

So, the middle aged twonk has to appear in Court in Brighton for setting off a flare in the colours of the opposing team.

Not the brightest, the Villough, like.

Can you imagine if we ever got into Europe and played a German side at the Amex, judging by the reaction of one fella with a flare you lot would be pissing your knickers.

We don't have to tolerate or imitate everything the Germans do. For example, invading Poland . . . (need I go on? ?/?)

It's remarkable isn't it. In our last Championship season I was beside a man in his fifties with two other men in their early twenties who I assume were his sons. All three of them spent the entire match standing and staring accross the neutral zone at the opposition fans. They didn't say anything, didn't gesture, just stared and tried to look hard.

It wasn't even a particularly a potentially troublesome game - it might even have been Burton...

Burton :lolol:

I remember Chesterfield away, back in the day....really embarrassing, watching blokes, some that I knew, pretending to be Grant Mitchell.

What flare ? i only saw a smoke bomb which is a completely different thing and by definition has a completely different set of laws as to when and where it can be used , do they mean smoke bomb but use the word flare as it's seen as the more dangerous .
