He's incredible - one of the top sportsmen ever.

I'm amazed that there's been so little coverage of the Tour on NSC. I've been following it avidly for the past couple of weeks but I thought I was the only one on here watching it.

been listening everyday on the internet radio link and seen about 4 days on tv...armstrong has been absolutely awesome this year, and so has the tour...900,000 there today!

Yeah lets get some of the England team failures on that stage and see how they would do, and also see how long it would take to get of their bike and start complaining that it is too hot, or the roads are not smooth enough, or that they dont have a clip to style their hair.

Cycling the tour and cycling in general has got to be one of the toughest sports in the world, followed by long distance running and rowing.

The French are obsessed by cycling. It's not unusual to see a group of 8/9 guys in their 60's dressed in the same garish lycra kit, racing each other on their drop handle racing bikes at the w/e. They've probably been racing each other like that since they were 12 but it is a bizarre sight to see these old men with their guts straining at the tight fitting clothes going hell for leather along a country road.

The Tour de France is a mega spectacle followed by what seems like most of the country.

Afraid I've found it a tad predictable since the Prologue. There's clearly no-one, or no team to compete with him.

T-Mobile have been a complete mess.

Another awesome day in the saddle again for Lance Armstrong - he goes into the last day 6 minutes and 38 seconds ahead of nearest rival.

T-Mobile are still the leading team.

The overall winner competition was so one-sided it would have been boring if they had in on television every night on Channel 4.

I do notknow how the green points jersey scores are allocated in the final sprint, but presumably they will be tearing around the cobblestones this afternoon, with this competition between three riders.
