Just far enough away from LDC
Given the pent up demand and the waiting list I would think that the east stand upper (c3k) will sell out quite quickly with some people moving to here.

I think that the displaced from the east south (the away fans I believe will get the new SE corner and a small part of the east I believe) will probably move to the south and maybe some new demand will be needed to sell this out. Does anybody know where the expanded away bit for cup ties will be? is it further into the east of part of the current south?

This would leave the new south west and any unsold in the south / or due to moves as the matchday sales along with the current parts of the west lower. This should be relatively achievable and if we progress as we are then the additional north corners and middle tier west extensions should sell quickly too.

Really interested to know the price in East Upper....will it be more than my seat in the East Stand now ?
A general ticket in the East stand now is already one of the most expensive

You'd assume ESL will be more expensive than ESU based on the WS prices.

Although, maybe the front of the ESU could be considered premium, akin to WSM, and cost more.

Posh end of Shoreham
dont forget if we do get promoted we'd only have 19 home games next season as in 23 home games in the championship so season tickets won't go up just have 4 less games

If the planning decision is to be announced in April/ May how on earth do they suddenly tell the construction firm right its ok you can go ahead with the construction Surely it must take a phenomenal amount of organising to to suddenly mobilise a workforce to do all this work bearing in mind the time of year. I suspect some sort of assurance must have been given to organise all this.

as a byproduct of this question, if the planning permission goes through for the extra seats, how many people on here would change where they sit now for a new seat in the corners or above the east stand area?

Also, if they do say yes, will the seats be ready for the new season?

Count me and my son in there we would move from the west stand lower to the upper east for the better view :salute:

It is, yes. I meant only the South corners (i.e. not the North corners).

Stadium is going to look amazing when it finished. It will stop the unfinished complaints we get from away supporters.

I'm renewing my two season tickets but wouldn't mind moving to a more central WSL spot or the new ESU.

I wonder what the procedure will be for existing season ticket holders who want to move. It could be a logistical nightmare what with the waiting list for new STH and the new seating.

I spoke with the shop the about this as i want to renew but move. he said that it will all be stated in the letters that get sent and that we would have priority over any new members on the list. so we would get our say before any new st's are sold but had to do so within a certain time frame, all he could give me was that there would be an option for this at the time of renewing and to wait for more instructions

im sure they have thought about this and from what i can gather a lot of people would like to move,

Renewals should start in March according to the ticket office, would assume that the deadline for renewing would be the end of the season - then once the expansion decision is made - then STs can go on sale - would assume most of the 3,000 on the waiting list will go to the ESU.

Was also told by the Ticket Office last week that the away fans are NOT being moved from the South stand at the moment. Also would have thought the South corners will go for "normal" tickets, so for the FA cup, part of the East Stand wont have to be taken up with away fans (15% allocation for FA Cup, 10% for League).
