My optimism for this season has all suddenly gone, can't see a top-half finish, we won't go down but we won't finish top-half either. :(

Criticise me all you want, but selling possibly 3 of your best players (Cox, Revell and Hammond) doesn't bode well, whoever we bring in.

There is no way we are getting relegated. We have three games in hand of a lot of teams and some exciting prospects have just joined us. I'm hoping play offs but we will be nearer the top than the bottom that's for sure!

Have you heard Cox is going?

If we don't beat Crewe on Saturday, then we will be in in the mix for a relegation scrap. But with these exciting new prospects joining the club, and with the three games in hand, hopefully we can turn this season around, and go and get play-offs. But at this moment in time, I just can't see it happening.

We ait in no relegation battle you fool!

A couple of victories back to back and positive points from our games in hand and we'll be on the periphary of a late play-off surge. The new blood will add freshness to the squad and I feel we're playing well at the moment without picking up what we derserve but if we keep playing like this it will turn sooner rather than later.

COME ON BOYS, YOU CAN DO IT!

I admire your optimism - but at the moment we are in trouble. We have only won 1 of our last 6 league games, and that was the last minute win over Bournemouth.
We've also got the losses to Swansea and Mansfield in there - which means 1 win on 8 - or 5 defeats in that time.

Make of it what you will - we are sliding.

we aint in a relegation battle will finish somewhere between 8th an 12th i think

cant believe the fuss people are making about a couple of players leaving!

we need to try and get rid of hammo who is the only one of the players talked about going that would concern me

revell and savage dont find the net on a regular enough basis so we are trying to fid some that will and if coxy goes he will be going for some money that would maybe enable us to bring some width to the team

exciting times i think unlike other transfer windows!

well done wendy and dick

I think we could potentialy be in a bit of trouble. In the last few weeks we've lost G O'C, Bas, Revell, Hammond and possibly Cox. Whilst we've brought in Murray, McFaul, Dixon, Thomson and possibly others. In the long term it may all be a good thing but normally a massive upheaval like this takes place in the close season where you have about half a dozen friendlies to find out who works best with who and in what position. If it takes us five or six games to settle down we will be in the poo.

However lets be positive it might all gel pretty quickly and we win our games in hand and get back on the fringes of the play offs again.

No doubt we are slipping but the Mansfield performance aside on the whole I think our performances have been decent and merited more than we've got, every club goes through bad patches in a season and we're having one now but I firmly believe we will come out of it a better side so long as we stick to our principles and don't let the heads drop.

It is imperative that we beat Crewe. I'm pretty sure we won't go down, but another slump like last season will be deeply depressing even if we end up 15th or somewhere. It's a shame that circumstances seemingly beyond the clubs control have disrupted what was shaping up to be a good season.

I think the most important thin is that we have to get back to PASSING the ball, not hoofing it, that gets us nowhere. This is where we miss O'Callaghan he was the main instigator of the football we played in the first half of the season. I'm hoping Thompson can do the same, but I also think we need another central player if Hammond goes. And a winger .
