I watched the highlights of the Nice game and could not make out which team was which.
Should be ok v Saints thanks to their stripes.

Yep.
It's ok in a still frame close-up but from a camera 50-100 yards away, I found the kits indistinguishable.
It was only Yves hair that pointed me in the right direction.

We'll wear it a few times for marketing purposes / no reason at all, against Utd etc, and then mostly play in the yellow kit. Not just for kit clash reasons but the fact that it looks really bad when sweaty and wet...or is that just me?
I'm amazed that in this day and age of hyrdo-cool-super-nev-R-sweat football clothing that we can have a kit that shows perspiration so much. Probably also not the sponsor's favourite look either and they'll be the ones calling the shots I expect.

I knew we'd worn it pre-season, but it's actually confirmed on the PL site.
I'm surprised that we haven't just launched a new kit to be honest. A chance for the club to make some more money and I doubt Amex would be too happy with a mixture of their old and new logo on kits worn in the same season.
Paul Barber is missing a trick here!

The yellow kit is in the club shop, labelled as "third kit".

When you buy one online, do they not tell you what size you will get, simply have one allocated once they know how many they will sell?
