[Help] Are there any experts on alcohol licenses?

NSC have always proved to have an in-house expert for an absolutely massive range of subject matters, so I'm on the hunt. Is there anyone who has experience with the application for/granting of alcohol licenses - specifically premises ones.

Agreed, the gov.uk website is the best place to start.

I have a personal licence to sell alcohol. For premises licences I believe it depends on the licensing agreement on the building. For either a personal licence or premises licence I believe both are granted by passing a simple day course with a test at the end. As I recall the process is the same for "Off Sales" i.e an off licence
