Yes there are available.
Although doesn’t mean there isn’t a waiting list, previously you were allowed to defer for one season if you reached the top but wasn’t ready to buy one.

They are on general sale and there is space in all areas of the ground bar the North Stand. There’s about 1500+ left.

As an aside, There’s 5 together in my row available for all the current games on sale, yet these are not available for ST purchase, I assume our general sale tickets are pockets around the ground. Seems odd to not have these available for ST purchase of this isn’t the reason
