[Sussex] Are public toilets closed

My son returns to work next week after two weeks quarantine. He is deemed a key worker and had to visit people in thier homes. For H&S reasons he cannot use customers toilets so usually uses public loos or supermarkets etc.
He mainly works in rural East Sussex so does anyone know if the bogs are open or, if not, can suggest an alternative ? (He’s got a radar key)

Empty Comfort fabric conditioner bottle in the back of my van, when I'm fitting a new toilet I usually need a slash about 2 minutes after I have removed the old one.
