Anyone Received Derby Away Tickets Yet

Last season I got on the coach and realised that I'd left my ticket at home. I rang our ticket office who contacted Derby. They had my name and details from our club, & printed a duplicate for me.

We've got 3 deliveries before Sunday so they should arrive.

Are you in the lower tier or upper tier? I know that the normal away section has an upper and lower tier, but we're not in the normal place. My ticket says lower tier but the row is a double digit letter suggesting I'm right at the back, so a bit confused.

Has anyone information on seating for away at Derby my ticket says east lower block j row jj seat 496 but block j seems to be upper tier heads up anyone.
