Anyone not going to Oldham?

Me and 3 mates cant make it to Oldham on Saturday because were going to Ibiza and have to say Im totally gutted. Ive got all the excitement of the first game of the season but the horrible empty feeling of knowing I wont be taking part.

All I can say to everyone going is....You lucky Bastards! Oh and the moral here is dont let your Girlfriends choose the date of your holiday

Thank god the QPR game has been moved back so I can get to the first match at Withdean!!

I won't be at Oldham as I don't do too many away games in any case and August is difficult to bugger off when you have kids to think about.

Sadly, I will most likely now miss the QPR game, too, as my boss is trying to send me to Grand Cayman for the week.

Bastard! I told him we had a game on, too.

Because of the time difference, I'll be at work during the game as well, so won't even be able to find a bar to watch it with a Tequila Sunrise.

Playing cricket in a table top game, originally going to the match, but captain made me feel so guilty that I caved in. No doubt I will end up with 0-50 off 7 overs, see our promotion chances disappear over the horizon and curse not being at Boundary Park

Missing it due to playing golf in Nottingham - last experience there wasn't great season b4 last (Bobby get sent off, we lost 0-2 but deserved to win, and got thrown out for voicing my displeasure at Bobby's redcard by stewards!!)
