Hand it in unless of course unless you are a thief, in which case keep it.

It's not yours, give it to the rightful owner. Hopefully they will do the decent thing and buy you a beer or two.

The season ticket would be worth nothing as it will be stopped. The obvious answer is bin the money and put the wallet back where you found it but that is not honest. So take it to the police.
