Am sitting in West Lower, watching the Open Training. Seeing Adingra has obviously inspired me to this total fluke. (He wasn't training but looked very pleased with himself, as well he might.) No sign of Colo. Mitoma, Enciso training in a smaller group. No Pedro.

Sorry! I got a 2 the other day on a rest day so this partly made up for it. I went for a new starter word too which was a stroke of luck. I couldn't see many options for line 2 TBH. You may be able to work out what I had as a starter and you'll see how it panned out. None of which will cheer you up. Tomorrow's another day.
