Good question, I’d be interested to know answers, especially those who average under 3.5

I’d say my average is 4-5 minutes…longest I’ve taken is around 20.

In answer to the discussion about how long - generally I do it in 2 - 5 minutes but if like today I get stuck I tend to leave it and come back for another look a bit later - that second look can be just seconds or several minutes and a scrap of paper and pencil if really stumped.

Normally about 10 mins tops but occasionally, like today, I couldn't think of a single word that would fit for 30 mins. As I'm on hard mode that kind of stuffs you!
