I e-mailed the club about Villa tickets last Monday as instructed to do so via the official club website, if I was experiencing problems applying online. I used to be a season ticket holder for 4 years and unfortunately am no longer one due to work and personal circumstances. I was a member of the original AMS and cannot remember my original ticket/ fan number. I sent the club a very polite e-mail asking for help and advise and so far have heard absolutely diiddly squat!!! The club states on their website they will respond within 24/48hrs. Has anyone else had this problem, or am I unique???:(

the club shop may have to close for awhile on monday, to deal with the volume of applications, i went in shop last tue morning to put my postal request in, and by sat it had not even been processed, the problem seems to be that cause people keep ringing up asking about their ticket status etc, the staff carn t get on with the job in hand of getting the tickets delt with...so at least wait until tue/wed, before you enquire about tickets not received...

No excuses for ticket office not using today to process o/s applications. Hopefully the club have PCs in the office that link to ticketing system. It's not fair on supporters to have to wait until a few days before the match to arrange travel.

I wonder how many fans who have booked coach places won't get tickets.

....and they've got 6,500 + of their customers to look after. The alternative is what, work 9 - 5 Mon - Fri and get thru as many as they can? is this is how you'd run your business?
