Had it late November. Only lasts for two days or so. Not fun with a two year old and a 4 month old. Get well soon.

Had it a couple of years ago Dave, not nice.

Sickness only lasted on night, and the other end lasted until the end of the following day.

Was still told to wait 2 extra days after feeling better before going back to work though.

I think I might have had it on the Wednesday before Crimbo.

Was quite tired in the evening and then woke up feeling really sick and as the day went on I just got worse and by the time I finished work at 3 it hurt to even sit down!

I woke up the next day and I was fine!

Friend of mine got it just before Christmas. His innards literally exploded while he was on the dancefloor in a club. Was violently sick and shat himself at the same time. The club had to be cleared while they cleaned it all up. He was very very poorly for days. Not good.

I got it late Xmas day and was really really ill for the next 3 days, improving rapidly thereafter. Utterly ruined our xmas as a result. But only today, a week later, that I feel back to 90% normal. Missed the Wycombe game as a result.

Wash your hands people, this is one virus you don't want believe me.

I had noro virus about a year and half ago. Didn't get sick, unlike a lot of people with it. Was off work for about 8 days - i felt very cold even though i was wearing loads of clothes, had a constant stomach ache, and had to go to the toilet very often... horrible. Probably the worst illness I've ever had.

A curry is excellent after not feeling well , it has the same recuperative effect as homemade chicken soup.

yep - I was ill on xmas Eve and after reading this thread and checking out the symptoms - I probably had it.

Only lasted just over 24hrs for me but left with no appetitie at all. Not great given the time of year!
