i would be very careful with any form of hallucinogen . some people can handle it some cant . im in the cant camp but still for about 5 or 6 years in my early 20's (41 now) i was smoking the strongest skunk taking lots of acid mushrooms occasionally . it came to a halt when i did 2 black microdots on each eyeball on my 25th birthday . i was full on seeing the weirdest shit for about 48 hours . peoples faces melting on to the floor , flowers with faces on them in the garden talking to me. then the final nail in the coffin was ..... you know when youre thinking you often hear your own voice in your head saying 'right i must go to the shops today' etc. well you control that voice . i got to the point where my own voice in my head was talking to me telling me what a wanker i was and that maybe i should kill myself cos im not worth anything etc etc. this was not very nice obviously and it took me a good few years to get over it . as someone said on this thread it can take a long time to get over it so id be very careful indeed . some people have one halucinogenic experience and spend the rest of their life in the nuthouse. even now i cant even have one puff on a spliff as it makes me completely paranoid.

it would depend what frame of mind you are in to start with ,mushies definitely better out doors but they do have an element of uncontrolability about them, better with good mates ,acid ,well,i had some super strong blotters straight from the dam ,we were on the house boats in shoreham ,one of my mates heads exploded and was bubbling on the walls..... two microdots on each eyeball.......it ain't a competition danny? fucksake .......i've heard stories about people like you.

1994 i tipped half a bottle of wine away and filled the bottle back up with shrooms untill it overflowed and put the lid back on and left it for about a month. I then had a small glass of the putrid stuff trying my hardest not to throw up and keep it down. never again,i was curlled up in a ball like a jibbering jellyfish having the worst trip of my life with monsters and demons coming out of the wall at me. for 48hrs i didnt know what to do or where to put myself. the rest went down the sink and i've never been the same since. If anyone does do them just do 25 dried,no more.

I loved shrooms! They were amazing! Much more fun than drinking and one of your 5 a day!

Tried to grow my own in one of those kits a few years ago, pretty hard to do and nothing grew.
