It won't go too cheap when it's on Zoopla and has an Open day. Luckily I have plenty of time to dream on as I have bought many similar state properties in the past. nothing Jules has done here would lead me to believe he is an Estate Agent. His name, however.............He must be.

To be honest if I were [MENTION=6886]Bozza[/MENTION] and were slightly more cynical, I'd think that [MENTION=26730]Jules[/MENTION] was somewhat taking the piss.

They have just listed a 3 bed flat in Wilbury grange in hove which needs modernising but would be worth £375-400,000 done up.

They have listed it at a price of £229,950 which seems very cheap indeed.

Anyone know anything about them as seems very odd. wish I had the money to buy it !

We have used Osborne Humphreys for over twenty years both buying and selling houses in the UK.They are also our agent for a property in Shoreham that we rent out while we reside currently in Australia.We have always found their service to be first class.
