It wasn't supposed to be a pop, just a bit disappointing to see quite so many people not bothering - I can't recall seeing this many tickets for a weekend game listed for resale before that's all.

I personally can't wait as ever to get down the Amex, no matter what form we are in or who we are playing. Bring it on.
It's not like I'm looking forward to it but it is pretty depressing to see so many people just not bothering when we aren't playing well. As if it's never happened before.

It's less than 10%
As you point out this has happened before and will happen again, but so will playing well and getting results. It's why I try to stay grounded in the good runs too, which I admit was rather difficult from about March to December 2023!!

I'm thinking the Bank Holiday is a major factor. Time for families to do family stuff. The defection numbers for Sunday are mild in comparison to the collapse in numbers will be when the inevitable relegation happens, hopefully far in the future. The collapse in numbers then promises to be spectacular. That's when the club will finally find out how many match-going fans - as opposed to customers - they actually have. Strongly suspect they might be shocked. And not in a good way

I’m in the same boat was fine last Friday and then come the evening it was pouring out of both ends 🤢
Felt funny Monday morning, managed to get through work, 6pm it started. Only managed to eat something yesterday evening, it's ruined me.
Poor woman at work chucked on her desk. Glad I at least made it home.
Hope you're feeling better.

To see the villa lose, of course will be there.
May be no Martinez for them. They have to overcome last nights defeat against Olympiakos and focus maybe on next weeks game in hunt of a final. We have not played for a week. Good time to play them.
....................or bad time, looking for a reaction to last night and trying to cement a CL place.

Yep will be there, coming down on Saturday to visit my Sister in Law who lives in Pevensey Bay, staying over night and then making my way to Bridge Car Park where I expect to spend a hour after the game to get out of it as no mater what the score is I will clap the team off. I really hope Sunday does not completely spoil what should be a nice weekend.

It was horrific sounds like we had a dose of the same thing.
