Got worried this morning got in at 10, popped on the BBC red button and selected day 13 news.

No Shanaze Reade in the BMX, no mention,however a big relief to find BMX abandoned due to rain, thats what I call fair weather cycling.

However on the highlights loved the walking final in torential rain, we won a GOLD in Sailing. Our poor 10 km swimmer should have won Gold but got spaced out (I would just drown) swam the wrong way (only his 3rd race) got SILVER.

So BMX and Moutain Biking will clash on Friday, cannot wait, come on Shanaze.
