Are there any supporters groups planning to run coaches from the Horsham area to the Amex? I'm aware of coaches being run by the Mid Sussex Seagulls from HH but was wondering if anyone is organising anything from North Sussex/Horsham area?

Travel to Amex

At season ticket presentation, Albion gave out a leaflet from Stage Door Ltd
and you can contact them on 0845 9011442.

From Horsham, they quoted £205 (all home league matches by way of a season-long ticket) or £8.90 per match but depending upon availability.

Hopefully reliable as sponsored by Albion and subsequent corres referred to them as Seagulls Travel.

Someone needs to start a North Sussex Seagulls group and run coaches like the Mid Sussex Seagulls.

And Hop Host, supposedley a pub? Cou;ld not find it on the internet , possibly Hop Oast?

Hop Oast is an area-a car park for the Horsham park and ride scheme, the municipal dump,a Petrol Station and a depot for Bin lorries.
It is off the Roundabout on the A24 south of Horsham, the one north of southwater. The road off the Roundabout is called Worthing Road and leads into the town near the Sainsburys.

The seaside.
You are running coaches from Horsham? But that is in Charlton's catchment area (it must be as we have run coaches from there in the past). How very dare you. *angry face*

Guys, I only posted as a starting off point.

I am considering ALL options from Worthing as I am unconvinced about the rail likeliehood of getting to before and getting out of Falmer after a match.

A post reflecting my concerns remains unanswered, I think, in 'Ask the Club'

Bought on-line, the adult return fare on the train from Horsham to Falmer is £9.45 and the journey takes 75-80 minutes.

And that's from the time you get away from Falmer. I am pleased to report that we have a lot of interest at Mid Sussex Seagulls. We are pretty sure that the Albion will be successful next season but with success comes a price. Getting away, by train, will take some time, particularly for night games.

We are promoting a club atmosphere. We don't want to make a profit out of members. We had a lot of help from Burwash (thanks Burrish Gull) in setting up. Good luck to Horsham, Eastbourne and any other areas starting up a travel club.

I'll second that, alot of hard work initially, but well worth the effort, what we need is for all these new supporters groups to get together regularly. Mid-Sussex Seagulls and ourselves Seagulls Over Burwash have formed an excellent relationship with one thing in common a long term love of the Albion and promoting it locally to new and old fans.

Why not set up your own supporters club?
