Are there still tickets available? I quite fancy it.

Plenty of tickets available on the gate apparently.

See you there, Colin.

Me & Mrs Metal will be in attendance. Free tickets too!

Anyone know whether the Newbery club shop is open on night games? I desperately need a new thigh pad

Try get there early though, queue's can get out of hand sometimes and that wastes valuable drinking time.

According to Sussex website, the club has had a word with caterers about the queues.

Is the pavilion members-only for the 20/20s this year? it wasn't last year

To sit in the pavilion members had to request a seat in there when they applied for tickets.

Not sure if members can get at the bar in there if they do not have a seat.

Should be able to - you can for other matches, even if you're sitting somewhere else.

I hope you are right, however they seem to have got into a bit of trouble on the health and safety front last year as having the bar rammed meant the stand was over capacity.

But, at the risk of sounding like hove born & bred, that's because they let non-members in last year. Don't remember the queues at the bar being that bad though.

I am guessing it is more to do with the fact that the capacity of that area is the seats and not the bar. Somebody did mention it to me, but I was not paying an awful lot of attention at the time.

Had my tickets booked since the start of the season as my old man is a Kentish man and this game is the big one.

Looking forward to it
