Am I alone in thinking that DK and MP's emphasis on the march indicates that yet another inspector is in bed with the nimbys ?

I think its just one final push. If we did nothing it would look like we didn't care anymore.

After the last announcement it was clear that no one had any inside information on the decision before hand. can't see any reason why it would be any different this time. Everyone is just as much in the dark as before.

I can't help being a pessimist.
I worry about the mentality that sees all football stadiums as monstrosities but will happily have student halls of residence sprawling up a downland valley. Never never shop at Forfar's, eh!
