Anti Spam software

Does anyone know any good Email anti spam software?

Somehow my work email address has got onto somebodies list and now i get floods of spam every day trying to sell me anything from Porn to ironically anti spam software.

Its becoming a nightmare shifting through the shit to find proper work email every morning so if anyone can point me in the right direction itd be much appreciated.

i have a hotmail account and what i'm doing is setting my preferences so that i only get emails from people in my address book. then every so often check the trash file and see if there is anything in there you want and save that address so it won't bin it again.

as for the internet i'm also having problems with the amount of pop-ups. i got a programme 'stop-zilla' but now my free trial has run out. it did the trick though for a month or so!

Try Surf Pal Benny. It installs a nifty toolbar in your browser and you can do stuff like empty your recylce bin from the toolbar.
