Off to Glynde this afternoon to sit in the sun, watch some cricket, drink some wine and beer and fall asleep to that wonderful sound of a British summer - leather on willow.
im getting a new works van delivered tomorrow, ive spent the last 4 hours getting all my tools and spare parts off the old one.
i managed to fill 3 big sacks of absolute CRAP that ive been carrying around for 5 years in case it 'came in useful'.
need a beer now
Gardening, BBQ with next door, cricket with my son in the garden, trampolining with my daughter. Just finished some tedious work bollocks so I'm off to enjoy now.
AS Computing Practical revision, fixing the dads laptop, quick bit of clothes shopping in town because i'm lacking, rehersal, roast dinner with dad and family, revision, football manager and bed. Beaut.
Lunch in Hove with a chum of ours who happens to be a chef - dozing in the garden after one glass too many of fizz - perhaps some quik cricket in Hove park. Lovely.
at least im not alone then... the worst bit is that due to the sheer workload, i've restricted breaks to twenty minute periods...
What a way to spend the day
