Protesting the gentrification of slums? That's progress? :nono:

I think they're protesting the jump from 'slum' to £3 bowl of cereal which has the associated connotations of rising prices outside of hipster infested cereal establishments. Things like unaffordable rents.

Comeuppance? For what?

Should we go into Brighton and smash up any shop run by someone with a beard selling products we think are overpriced? Because I reckon that could take some time. We wouldn't have much of a city left.

For being beardy twonks.

Don't take everything so literally and seriously!

Our team would be a man down too.

At the end of my tether
Who cares about beards? If I were a cafe owner and coul get 99 per cent profit on bowl of cereal, would I do it? Yes , good business from a willing customer.
We live a time when we spend £2 + on a cup of coffee....
What is better , an empty shop unit or a thriving business in the street .it is good for all as long as the craze lasts .. Lock up the vandals.

More importantly, that's the first time I've seen 'LUCKY CHARMS' in feck knows how many years. They were the nuts - gutted they stopped doing them here...

Edit - Just searched and it seems you can buy them in tesco - I swear I've not seen them in 15-20 years though!

Leave the hipster beardies alone. I like the concept of a cereal cafe. They sell all types of cereal brands from all over the world and they do toast too. It's not just about the eating, it's about the socialising and meeting other funky bohemian hipstey people too in a relaxed, chilled community environment. Such a concept would fit well with Brighton's vibrant cultural scene.

Ask NSC: Which of us keyboard warriors would DARE mock Bruno for his man bag TO HIS FACE ???

I naturally assumed that bag had a good, solid, no nonsense, pair of black football boots in.

Obviously if he was playing shitehouse this season, I'd have guessed conditioning beard oil.
