What is it about Brighton fans being pissed off that Naylor jumped straight in, knowing a replay was coming in seconds, stating it wasn’t a penalty that makes you keep defending him and knocking them? He should have waited 30 secs, as it is he made a fool of himself by thinking he didn’t need to see it again before twattering.

He was called out and it seems you object to that
The tweet posted above from AN refers to lots of talk about how it should have been a penalty, notes he didn't think it was, but may be proved wrong on future dissections of replays from various angles, was tweeted at 4.24. Around half an hour after full time. This wasn't him jumping straight in to post immediately after the incident. This is him paying no attention to the replays that are supposedly on offer in the press area seconds after the incident, then not bothering to check them after the game having heard lots of people talking about how it should have been a penalty. To me, that seems worse than jumping straight in.

In that case he’s a fool or just courting controversy, which makes him look like a fool

That WAS a nailed on penalty.

Very odd, remember when he went to Chelsea and getting pissy with
Brighton fans telling him they didn’t want to hear about Potter anymore

With Potter having left them, I don’t mind the bloke :lolol: .

I love the fact that he deprived the foolish/arrogant owner out of vast millions.
Yep, most of the angst has drained away now that he was sacked. He got his comeuppance, we got our revenge so sweetly, and I am happy with that and can now look back mostly fondly at his time here albeit tarnished by his idiotic decision to go for the $$$ at Chelsea.

Exactly this.
Potter made the mistake of believing his own hype, over the importance of the structure we had given him.
This has played out exactly as we knew it would (for him) and both he and Chelsea have paid the price.

I did not expect it to work out so well for us (other than financially).
So no bad feelings from me.
In fact quite the opposite.

His obsession with Potter is bizarre.

Surely the problem was with him being recruited by their owner!!

Wrong club, wrong manager. Just think, if he’d stayed here we’d probably be tenth, Solly March would have one assist, Wolves would have been dispatched 1-0 after 33 shots, ending our three game scoreless run and Our Graham would still have an easy life.

On a slightly different Andy Naylor topic, we’ve been linked with half a dozen players over the last week. I don’t think he’s ruled any of them out.

Has he just given up on talking about transfers? I can’t imagine they’re all true so seems weird he’s ignoring a golden chance to be a smug, sanctimonious bellend.

Juventus would probably be top of Serie A too with De Zerbi

His obsession with Potter is bizarre.

Potters 3 wins in that were Leeds, Leicester, Dortmund, the draw was at home to Everton, lost at home to Villa and away to Tottenham. Go one more PL game back and he lost at home to Saints.
Lampards last 6 include Real Madrid twice, Arsenal, Brentford, Brighton and Wolves, his first game in charge.
