WatfordFC breaking news
Club investigating circumstances surrounding gathering of approximately 20 people at Andre Gray's home last night which included Domingos Quina among attendees.

Arguably okay if ALL were players (albeit close to a match), but if mixing with the public?!

Imagine if a number of Watford players got ill. They'd have to forfeit fixtures...

How much scope is there to delay their games? Would they just be forced to field whatever players weren't there or just... gah, struggling for the word... I'll go with abdicate or concede the match and not get any points.

EDIT Forfeit! That's the word I'm looking for. Will they have to forfeit the matches.

.

Not true, I heard 2 people came round and they ordered a Dominos pizza.

You can see how these rumours spread........:p

One rule for one
Selfish, small minded idiot.
One hopes that Watford fans will remember this if they get relegated

Aren't under 23s/under 21s(?) exempt from the squad, that is they can use as many kids as they want.

Only if those kids have been regularly tested. There are only a limited number of tests per club, which is why Burnley couldn't fill a bench when 9 players were unavailable. Not that we don't have kids, but that they haven't been tested for coronavirus.

Well if it does happen and they can play a weakened team they would probably have to or forfeit thinking back to the Middlesbrough flu incident.
