One of the greatest managerial achievements in recent times from Chris Wilder, promotion to PL with a squad that had a budget in the bottom third in the Championship.

So they'll be well up for a season in the Premier League, all working together behind the scenes, chairman/owners.board working out budgets, targeting recruits, plotting how to stay up with their new riches?

Err...no. They are locked in a bitter High Court row as to actually owns the wretched club. This court date has been in the calendar for weeks, only now it is over a considerably greater sum, and so has got even more bitter. This could be f***ing their chances, and of course that might help us.

Incredible. Five-week hearing! They won't even know who is in charge of the money to spend until mid-June.

I’ll be rather surprised if they get more points than Huddersfield did in the 18/19 season.
