I do wonder about the self-awareness we have as fans sometimes. Like we haven’t been diving about all season ourselves.

Tbh whilst I hate time wasting, I can understand it from shit teams like Everton that are facing relegation. It’s the teams like Arsenal and City who do it despite being near the top of the league and having embarrassingly expensive squads that do my head in. They have every advantage and no excuse at all.

Wolves used to do it as well but I guess that manager has long moved on.

It;s difficult for the refs as obviously they are instructed to stop the game if they think it's a head or serious injury .

The feigning injury would stop if all head/serious injuries meant the player had to leave the pitch for assessment and could not return for 5 minutes or a sub must be introduced immediately.
