I was thinking something that I've not noticed being pointed out,
A nine-game winless run is becoming an annual thing. Last December into January we were on a 9 game winless run
Brighton 1 - 1 Liverpool
Brighton 1 - 2 Southampton
Leicester 3 - 0 Brighton
Fulham 0 - 0 Brighton
Brighton 1 - 1 Sheff Utd
West Ham 2 - 2 Brighton
Brighton 0 - 1 Arsenal
Brighton 3 - 3 Wolves
Man City 1 - 0 Brighton
Coincidentally, the game we won to end it was v Leeds. Which was also the first of 3 wins in 4 games that followed.
I seem to remember a few threads starting to question Potter, the largest 'out' votes tally of his run, someone asking the 'potter ins' what it would take to become 'potter outs'. Etc.
This year, a few boos, and lots of people shouting down the boo boys.
That's a heartening improvement in fan reaction, no? Maybe next year we'll celebrate the 9 game winless run?
(Yes, I realise this post is written as if this run ends at 9, I reserve the right to review and suggest it's a run that will grow longer each year, and things are awful and getting worse).
