If they were that concerned it would't be ready on time there would be people working today. I imagine the penalties for not having this ready on time are huge.

My cousin got a job at falmer a few months ago, and told me last night that the workers are not confident of it being finished on time.
Not sure if he is having me on but a little worried now! Oh and he is a brighton fan!
i think a number of contractors actually live on site in caravans
A severe winter might put the schedule out but that has probably already been taken into consideration.
I put a thread on here about six months ago along the same lines and was crucified, even though I admitted to having no idea at all about construction.
I've just had a peep at what Falmer looked like on 9th October 2009 and there's hardly anything of it there. Given what they've done in a year they're looking good to polish off in seven months.
