Even easier when you tore out the relevant ticket from the little season ticket book you received before it all went plastic. Mind you, with the rain at the Arsenal game, I think the whole book would have been papier-mâché before entering!

I checked my ticket before I left home yesterday and it wasn't there

Turns out I have two google pay accounts and had opened the wrong one. Mrs T sorted me out.

Moral of the story?

No idea. Don't leave hope without visible valid tickets, probably. And someone handy you can call on. But I am a mithererer and fat-fingered techno-weasel

In the meantime you can tell club you no longer have a mobile and get a card. Goes through every time
