Amex presentation confirmation

Hi Insider,

My father rang the hotline for this and booked a date for the 3rd February at 10am.

However, no confirmation of this time or date has been sent to us directly by phone/mail or anything.

Do we get any confirmation of this?

You'll need to check with the STH helpdesk, and yes you should have received a pack of application forms.
