I have it on good authority that Ken Chenault - the CEO and Chairman of American Express - stood up in front of a senior managers meeting in Brighton, during a visit to the UK today, wearing a number 10 Brighton and Hove Albion shirt! He then told all present that he was proud to do so having played "proper" football since he was 3 years old!! Top Man :amex:

And in other news today, I was told Mr Bloom owns the AMEX offices building in Edward Street I think 156 or 153, opposite AMEX House, is that true?

He did and he was very enthusiastic. Looked good in the shirt too. The man has a passion for "real football" and was very keen on enhancing both Amex and the Albion's reputation in the community.

And yes, he is a nice man.

I should have known you were from the financial services sector! Mind you, I would have guessed that you were a merchant banker! :wozza:

So wrong but never mind, it's in your genes I suppose. Now find something more constructive to do than stalk my posts there's a good boy.
