I know what it means, I just wanted Safeway to explain his definition of the word in the context of his header.
Is it not very obvious?
Surely only somebody 'new' to NSC (i.e. new as in 'joined since Gus arrived') would have a Gus-based username.

I think there's a distinction between starting to follow the Albion, and joining NSC. Safeway was having a gentle dig at the 'newbies' on here. Nothing for anyone to get remotely precious about, tbh.
I know, it was purely in jest. Yours happened to be the first user name that appeared, relating to a long since departed Albion player or manager
