i want someone with the exprience and bring in his own staff and some who can bring in a experienced defender and goalkeeper

Tommy Elphick's actions in the last 8 days have basically lost a man his job. I hope he's thinking about that tonight.

It is not right to place the blame completely at Elphicks feet. It was Slade who made the bad choices in team selection and took until half way through the 2nd half to rectify them ie bring on Virgo and Cox. Likewise it was Slade who picked the team in all of our home defeats and was unable to see the faults, which almost everybody else in the ground could, and then put them right.

Basically he is/was not up to the job so dont just blame Elphick.
