Had to work late this evening, so missed the bloody game, and left the office in Farringdon at 9.35pm with us 1-0 down.

Got the connecting train from London Bridge at 10.19pm and all I could hear were Millwall chants from the platforms. Bugger, we've lost then, I thought, and I sulked all the way back to Woolwich.

Marvellous scenes, then, when I got in to find we'd beaten the sods on pens. And my Stafford Rangers ticket in the post.

Well done lads :clap2: :clap2:

Similar night for me old ELS mate - only I couldn't bear to check again when I saw it was 9.20ish and we were still one man and one goal down. I mean, we were hardly going to win that in that position. This is the Albion we're talking about here. So sat down with the Mrs in a sulk, watched a film and when it was over I just took a sneeky look at teletext to confirm my pessimism a short while ago and......WOOOOHOOOWWW!!!!. Going to bed with a big smile on my face now, cough.......

Night night all! Two Kerry Mayos, there's only two Kerry Mayos!

Yeh, they let us all out on the same trains (as opposed to making us wait around for 45 mins to get a seperate one), meaning all their 'hard' 14 year old Chavs were trying to intimidate us. Nobody was having any of it though. For some reason, they all got off the platform and made their oh so scary 'miiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii' noise. Mad

:lolol:

My train was pulling out of London Bridge, platform 4, at about 10.20pm (I'd not been to the game, remember) and I could only see a handful of Albion on the platform.

But as we were starting to move I heard a very loud "no one likes us" song.

Must've been the handful of frustrated kids trying to untie their vocal chords.

Couldn't believe the result when I got in :)

There seem to be twice as many Millwall fans at London Bridge Station than there was at the game itself.

They were really intimidating with their "Miiiiiiiiiiillll" chant and "Harry Roberts is our friend".

On the way to the station there were a few Millwall 'fans' chanting or rather trying to intimidate the Albion supporters in attempt of frightening us and spoiling our top night. They just got laughed off though!:lolol:

I was going to catch a bus home from Rotherhithe New Road but realised if I walked away from the station into the oncoming crowd of Millwall fans It would be pretty obvious I could have only come from the away end, so decided it was best to get a train to London Bridge and then tube home.

The train journey was pretty quiet and they just seemed to start yelling the" no-one likes us" one as soon as they got onto the platform for some reason.
