I was accidentally reading the start of this page, thinking it was from today.

Nope, it was the last game. Still the same verdict though.

It look like he caught the player before he touched the ball. What is for sure is that it wasn't a sensible dangling of the leg in the penalty area. In my opinion he's not showing enough as a player at this level.

Penalty decisions aside, AJ must be the biggest disappointment in an Albion shirt ever. I think he shows flashes of class but they have never amounted to anything. Whether it's Hughton and his tactics or something else, nothing is working for him.

More so than Federico Turienzo, Ryan Harley or Kemi?

Him starting today has to be Chris saying to the chairman and recruitment team “look how terrible this guys is, you have to cut your losses and get me someone better for next year”

I think he'll go back to Holland.
We'll take a £10M loss which isn't to be done lightly, but realistically have to do it.

without doubt -THE worst signing in my 40yrs of following The Albion - just shocking.................

In terms of value for money aj is in a league all of his own

He is just woeful.

It's not his fault he was signed for a stupidly high fee, he is just clearly not a Premier League footballer. Let's hope someone will take him for a few million and we get the chance to cut our losses in the summer.

Wonder if Leicester are still interested.
