More than likely gone direct to the agent with an offer or enquiry of what he wants wages wise to choose Norwich over us. No deal agreed with, or permission to speak to the player, from Spurs.

The whole thing being driven by parasitical agents. Although they would be trying to get the best monetary deal for themselves and their player, not necessarily the best football deal for the player.
