On the basis of which one I DEFINITELY wouldn't want to irritate it is Radostin Kishishev.
Love that Poyet packed a squad full of flairistas and then supplemented the line up with an old immobile bloke who just put in constant crunching tackles

Hans Kraay didn't play a lot of matches for the Albion over the years he was here. I think the 'hard man' chants are a bit over-stated, not least because he had a 'Hans is Evil' chant in his choral sheet. I'd say he was more a Veltman type.

Sorry but this has to be said, great format and all that but how can you not have a legendary hard tackling centre back, who played 483 times for the club, even ended up in Rochdale Magistrates Court after twatting a pensioner at Spotland?

This competition is clearly flawed without Sir Norman Gall 🤷‍♂️

Now you’re going to tell me he’s in Group E or F 😂

He didn't get a second nomination

As with all these things there's a bit of recency bias and for any oldER players those that actually saw them need to go harder with the PR

I remember watching a game where the Centre forward was absolutely clattered by Rougvie in the first 10 minutes and never went near him for the rest of the game. It was like he had a 10 yard exclusion zone.

It was a masterclass in the reducer which is sadly missed today.

Kishishev is a real dark horse here. Very angry man, who I wouldn’t want to cross.

I remember the booming noise the ball made when Rougvie headed those 80's style, full welly goal kicks. He was a tough cookie.

Kraay was a nutter. Absolute nutter. Easy winner of this group for me.

My predictions

Danny "Grant Mitchell" Cullip vs Charlie "Phil Mitchell" Oatway.

A classic pub brawl between two proper skinhead hard nuts. I reckon this encounter happened for real in a few training sessions. Cullip to edge it

Paul "Tank" Clark vs Adam "Bomber" El-Abd

Sorry Adam but you're getting your arse kicked here. Easy win for Clark

Jimmy "Hard" Case vs Doug "The Thug" Rougvie

Rougvie will put up a hard fight but Case is winning this easily

"Evil" Hans Kraay vs Phil "Eminem's Dad" Stant

This could be the shock of the round as I can see Stant taking this. Kraay may have been crazy but Stant isn't just hard he's WAR HARD
