What a load of nonsense. Hinshelwood's problem was that we DID try to play every team in the division at their own game, and weren't good enough. That's why Coppell went to 5 at the back as soon as he came in.

Playing for a draw was the most sensible way to approach this game. Still have the option of attacking with half hour to go.

Well said. It was unfortunate to get caught just before half-time after the game more or less went to plan by McGhee.
